Summer in Australia – what a magical time. Just the word summertime immediately evokes feelings of fun and sun, beaches and the ocean, barbeques and parties. It’s a time of celebration which, for us, happens over the Christmas break. While people in the northern hemisphere are thinking about Santa and reindeers in the snow, we are wearing shorts and t-shirts, enjoying glorious weather and days at the beach.
